owner and operator of morgan brady enterprises ltd.

With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Morgan Brady began his career in renovations before quickly moving into building traditional stick-framed homes. In addition to his homebuilding expertise, he is licensed to design and install new septic systems for acreage owners, as well as maintain and repair existing systems. Morgan is also a certified Journeyman Water Well Driller. His extensive background enables him to take great pride in building with the highest quality and craftsmanship.

His journey in construction ultimately led him to realize his goal of building log and timber frame homes. He is passionate about these homes because they never go out of style; often passed down from generation to generation, they carry a rich history and become a family legacy.

Morgan’s years of experience allow him to guide clients through every aspect of developing their property—from design and engineering to installing underground utilities needed before construction begins. From start to finish, he loves the entire process, from helping clients hand-select the trees that will become the logs for their dream home to handing them the permit that marks their home as ready to occupy.
